• Managed a five person development team.
• Architected and developed core software product. Full user interface for managing devices such as cameras, and external devices such as point of sale systems and casino management systems (Aristocrat, IGT, Ballys)
• Building Statistics engine to analyze data received from POS / Casino Systems.  Exception reporting tool that cross-referenced Video data on DVRs (Digital Video Recorders).
• Co-developed the first Windows Media 9 DVR system on the market. Use of WM9 SDK and Windows Media Services. 
• Co-developed Motion JPEG video archiver.
• Designed the hardware specifications for the software to execute on.
• Full network deployments using Cisco 7206 router. Backup network admin.
